Redondo Beach, Ca

This investment property started as a cute mid century beach house but needed a full blown renovation. Parts of the house were added on at different times over the decades and looked disjointed, so we did some space planning, took it down to the studs and created a fresh take on this 1950s home. We wanted it to feel luxe and modern, but airy and casual with fun pops of character details throughout. We love how it turned out.
