Columbia Street Office

This was the first commercial space designed by Kim Lapin Interiors and we had so much fun taking this outdated and typical commercial property and making it feel cool and fun to be in. The entire 9,000 square foot industrial complex got a full renovation that took 9 months to complete and now feels more like a social club than an office for a real estate company. The founders of the company wanted a work space that their employees enjoyed being that would add joy to their everyday lives and we took that inspiration to heart to create a truly relaxing and airy space with a lot of visual interest. We love it and can’t wait to do more commercial projects.
