Los Feliz Spanish

Los Feliz is filled with gorgeous Spanish homes and this home was no exception. The bones were beautiful and full of potential but the house was leaning more traditional. We designed custom fireplace mantles out of beautiful honed marble for the master suite and formal living room, outfitted the large wall in the formal living area in a statement wall covering, gutted the master bedroom and bath to create a hotel like vibe and decorated the entire home. We also added large pots filled with fruit trees and olive trees all over the property to make it feel more lush and custom designed the entry gate to match the homes new laid back modern aesthetic.
