As a serial renovator myself, I understand the importance of a smooth project that runs on time and is as enjoyable. I believe in making this process inspiring, uncomplicated, and positive because design should be fun!

Our process starts with our client inquiry form. Please fill it out in full and Kim or a member of her team will reach out. If your project is a good fit for KLI, we will then book a discovery call to further discuss your needs and the scope of your project. We are excited to hear more!

60 Minute KLI Consult: $500

What we will cover:

-A walk through of your space/ spaces you are looking to renovate/ design

-Discuss needs and wishlist items, pain points, and what you are ideally hoping to achieve by working with a designer

-Hammer out the scope of work, potential timeline, and discuss budget

-Furniture layout and space planning ideas

-Defining and prioritizing where the budget goes (whether that’s through renovation of just furnishings)

-Paint color/ wall covering selection ideas

-Recommendations for window treatments

-Lighting plan suggestions

-Styling tips to curate your space

-Follow up email with consultation summary
