This gorgeous 1927 Spanish was always charming, but desperately needed a refresh. We completely gutted this yard and added the deck, honed tile flooring, stair tiles and custom railing, outdoor shower, kitchen and wet bar, bistro lights and resurfaced the pool. We wanted to make it eclectic and fun whilst keeping the old world feel. We love how it turned out!
